As teachers we want to keep our students engaged and excited during their learning. Math centers can often fall short and become worksheet after worksheet. Students are often using regurgatation and memorization when doing math activities- often forgotten after a test. Students need to me more engaged and utilizing the skill in real time and circumstances in order for life-long learning to occur. By using STEM research, engaging activities, and different methods of learning in math centers can allow for math to be engaging and exciting again!
